Please read the following hunt booking information and refund policies. It is important you understand fully, so there are no surprises to you or us.

The terms of payment and refund:
There is a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. This rate is variable due to the new draw application. For over the counter or first come first serve tags, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the hunt start date. We accept money orders, checks, cash, Venmo but no credit cards.
Note: Your hunt is not considered booked until a signed contract and a deposit are both received.
Signed copy of contract needs to be accompanied deposit. The balance of the hunt of the hunt cost shall be paid no later than 60 days prior to the hunt. If the balance is not received, we will cancel you at no notice and keep all money paid. If you cancel less than 60 days before the start of your hunt no refund will be made. If the client should or agree to terminate the hunt early no refund will be issued. If the client defaults in any obligations of the signed contract, hunter’s right to participate in the hunt any further may be terminated without any refund of any portion. You need to read this over and ensure you fully understand.
